How to use

Nipple Cream: Apply a small amount to clean, dry nipples and the surrounding skin after every feed, or more often as needed. There is no need to wipe it off before feeding. For persistent soreness, speak to your GP, pharmacist, midwife or health visitor.

Stretch Mark Gel Cream: Massage into the skin throughout pregnancy, focusing on the tummy, hips, thighs, bottom and bust. Daily use gives the best preventive results, and it may also be used for up to three months after birth.

Baby Oil: Warm a little oil between your palms and massage gently into your baby's skin. Add a few drops to the bath, or smooth a small amount through hair to tame fluffiness. Patch test first on very sensitive skin.

Diaper Rash Gel: At each nappy change, apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. A thin layer is enough. For severe or persistent rash or eczema, speak to your GP, health visitor or a dermatologist.
