INCIA Natural Baby Laundry Liquid Soap is a gentle, hypoallergenic washing liquid for whites and colours, made with sensitive skin in mind. We do not always think of laundry liquid as skincare, yet our clothes and bedding are in contact with our skin all day, so what we wash them in matters. This plant-based formula skips the synthetic dyes and synthetic fragrances found in many everyday detergents.

At its heart is coconut soap, one of nature's most effective cleansers, which lifts everyday marks and grime beautifully, together with a touch of lavender oil for a soft, naturally fresh scent. It is dermatologically tested, biodegradable and suitable for cotton, wool, silk, viscose and denim. The 750ml bottle washes roughly 25 loads and is gentle enough for the whole family, from newborns to grown-ups with sensitive skin.

How to use

Sort your laundry by colour and fabric type. For a normal load, measure 30ml using the cap and pour it into the detergent drawer, then load the machine as the manufacturer advises, choose your programme and start. For stubborn marks, dab a little directly onto the spot before washing. No extra rinse is needed. Store in a cool, dry place and shake gently before use.

Frequently asked questions

My liquid has turned slightly yellow or cloudy. Can I still use it?
Yes, this is completely normal. Because there are no artificial colours or preservatives, a little discolouration or sediment can appear over time. It is a natural process and does not affect how the product works. Simply shake well before use.

Why does my bottle smell a little different from last time?
Because we work only with natural ingredients, the scent can vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal with natural products and says nothing about the quality or performance of the liquid.

Why does it say "baby" on the pack? Is it also for adults?
Yes, it is suitable for everyone. The word "baby" simply highlights how mild and gentle the formula is, which also makes it ideal for adults with sensitive skin.

My washing smells musty afterwards. What can I do?
A musty smell often comes from leftover moisture or a dirty machine rather than the detergent. Clean your washing machine about once a month with natural vinegar or soda, avoid overdosing the liquid, and leave the door open after each wash so the drum can dry.

Measure the right dosage: Use the measuring cup to determine the correct amount of INCIA Natural Detergent. For a regular wash, we recommend 30 ml of detergent. This is sufficient for approximately 1 load of laundry.
